Where do my files live?

On your devices and in the encrypted storage service included with the membership. Pulse Storage manages access and billing. The files are not stored in this website.

How is the copy encrypted?

The included service uses AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest. Encryption settings are completed in the installed client.

What if I use a private key and lose it?

A user-defined private key is available in supported setups. If you choose one, keep it safely. We cannot recover files encrypted with a key we never held.

Which devices are included?

Native clients are available for Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. The member guide provides the correct official download after purchase.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Stop renewals from your account at any time. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first monthly charge.

What happens after purchase?

The member guide takes you through the official client installation. You claim the voucher last and apply it to the storage account.
